HOW DOES IT WORK?

3. Let us know whether you'd like pick up or delivery

4. Choose your date and that’s it!

All orders must be placed at least 4 weeks prior to the wedding/event date.

THE DETAILS

​

DELIVERY/PICKUP

​

At checkout, you will have the choice to pick up the flowers or have them delivered to the venue of your choice. You may pick up the flowers at our Sacramento shop at no additional cost. We recommend picking up the day of your wedding/event to ensure the freshest blooms possible.

 

We deliver to Sacramento, Woodland, Davis, Fairfield, Vacaville, Dixon, Elk Grove, Rio Linda, Fair Oaks and surrounding areas. Delivery fees start at $50 depending on the location (based on exact mileage). All deliveries include one location drop-off service only. Drop-off is drop off and flowers will not be installed on canopies, arbors or other structures unless an installation fee of $75/hr (minimum 1 hr) is paid 2 weeks in advance of the drop off date. Additional locations will incur additional fees.

 

If you choose to have your flowers delivered, we will send you a link to pay for the delivery fee once your order has been placed. Delivery fees and any installation fees must be paid 2 weeks in advance. If the delivery fee is not paid by then, the order will be changed to a pick up and will be available at our shop. We do not ship or deliver wedding flowers outside of the Sacramento region at this time.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS/ORDER CHANGES

If you need to cancel for whatever reason, you may do so 4 weeks prior to your event. All refunds will be subject to a $25 change order fee.

 

No refunds will be given once the deadline has passed.

Due to the volume of A La Carte orders we process weekly, all non-floral related changes i.e. delivery location, delivery time, delivery payments and pick up dates/times will be due 2 weeks prior to the event. Changes to the above items will not be allowed after the 2 week deadline has passed.

We've curated these options based on their popularity and in order to simplify the process we do not offer modifications.  If you love our style, we think you'll be thrilled with the freshest seasonal blooms that we pull for your arrangements.

  • Wildlove Wedding Flowers is not responsible for the unpacking or setting up of any A La Carte wedding floral.

  • Do to the nature of working with live product, Wildlove Wedding Flowers reserves the right to make floral substitutions as necessary. Please understand that we are working with a natural product that is subject to weather conditions and availability. The photos shown are a representation of how the arrangements will look but actual designs are dependent on the artistic interpretation of the designer.

  • Wildlove Wedding Flowers is not responsible for the condition of the flowers after they are delivered. We always make it our goal to make sure the blooms are at their best before they leave our shop. We include care instructions in your confirmation email to help our clients keep the arrangements in top condition.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

ORDERING

  1. When should I place my A La Carte Order?

    1. You can place your order anytime up until 4 weeks before your wedding date!

  2. Are you available on “X” date?

    1. Most likely yes! We take A La Carte orders 7 days a week. In the instance that we are booked for your date, we will make note of it at checkout.

  3. Can I place my order for a Sunday or holiday?

    1. Yes! We are closed on Sundays and major holidays. However, we will schedule a specific time for pick up and will have someone meet you at our shop.

  4. Can I pick up my order a day before my wedding?

    1. Yes! We ALWAYS recommend picking up/delivering the day of for maximum freshness. However, we understand that is not always possible. If you need your florals early, we recommend keeping them in a cool place away from any direct heat source. DO NOT put in a fridge unless it is at 40 degrees. Make sure to replenish the water daily.

  5. Can I add to my order?

    1. Yes, you may place as many orders as you need as long as it is before our 4 week deadline. We will add subsequent orders to your original.

 

CUSTOMIZATIONS

  1. Can I customize my A La Carte Order?

    1. In order to keep the process streamlined and affordable, we do not offer customizations. Some slight changes may be allowed if they do not affect the integrity of the original design. Make your requests known when checking out in the notes section. We will do our best to accommodate but please know it is not a 100% guarantee! Some customizations we have allowed in the past are slight color changes and ribbon color changes

  2. Will my bouquet look exactly like the photo?

    1. No, but that is not a bad thing! Flowers are unique and vary depending on the time of year. Take peace in knowing that your bouquet will be made uniquely for you and will not look like every other bouquet in the same collection. Depending on what we have in stock that week, we will try to add a few unique items to make your florals extra special! Also, note that certain flowers seen in the photos (ahem, peonies) are not available year round. But if we have them, you bet we will use them!

  1. What if I don’t want a big bouquet?

    1. Many brides choose the bridesmaid bouquet for a more understated option!

  2. What do you recommend for an arbor?

    1. We have a few great options! Our floral cascade would make a beautiful addition to your arbor. Attach to your arbor with zip ties and that’s it! Order as many as you would like to achieve the desired fullness and attach via zip ties!

  3. Can I mix and match collections?

    1. Absolutely! 

  4. I don’t see “X” on the menu, do you have it available?

    1. We do our best to keep our menu simple without an overwhelming amount of options. What you see online is all we have available at this time. We are open to suggestions and if there is a large enough demand for a certain item, we will add it!

  1. Can I cancel my A La Carte order?

    1. You may cancel your order no later than 4 weeks before your wedding date.

  2. Do you offer refunds?

    1. We will give a full refund if the order is 4 weeks prior. Note that you will be charged a $25 change order fee. No refunds will be given after the 4 week deadline.

  3. Can I make changes to my flower order once it has been placed?

    1. Yes changes can be made 4 weeks prior to the wedding date. You will be charged a $25 change order fee each change request and all subsequent requests.

  4. Can I change my pick up/delivery time/location?

    1. Yes, if you would like to change a pick up delivery time/date or location or pay for a delivery, please do so at least 2 weeks in advance. Changes after that will not be allowed.
